Mortgage Brokers
Sometimes
the best, most inexpensive option is through a knowledgeable, experienced mortgage
broker. We have several that our clients have used successfully to get into their
homes with as little cash out of pocket as possible. When working with one of
our preferred brokers, Yamon! Investments will also contribute to your closing
costs.
Rent to Own/Lease-Option
This
is an excellent way for you to get into your first home if you don't have the
credit to get a conventional loan. This was even how we got into our first homes!
Here's how it works:
We negotiate a year lease AND a contract
for purchase and sale of the home.
You have one year to exercise your
option (make a decision) on purchasing the home at the price set forth in the
contract.
If you decide not to exercise your option, we can extend it
with a new contract (sales price may increase due to market value) or you simply
move out
This option gives you time to improve your credit score and
shows the bank that you are able to make timely payments.

Financing
With qualified buyers, Yamon! Investments
will finance the purchase of your new home.
There are several options that
we can explore based on the home and the buyer. This is a highly customized option
that takes into account the entire picture and works to find the best solution
for you.
